A great release coming from WWOEC forums, i’ll let you read the first page for more informations if you want it The necessary precisions from Marco1701 : this isn’t a translation, but a re-write. They re-invented the story, original title is “Hina Project” and the two are NOT brother sister (so no incest).
28th august 2007 Update : the REAL translation has been released and is now available here. Mind you, finally, that really is an incest story !

There is also a rewrite of Giri Giri Sisters around, named “New kids in town” in which Tsukasa, Mion and Kotone are all blood-related, and the first two pass for twins!! Also name change: Tsukasa->Danny, Mion->Danielle (obviously for a twin) and Kotone->Sammy
