Pink Sniper sounds familiar, I saw the entire japanese set on the newsgroups last week - I didn’t download it. For the english versions, no idea.

About the site I don’t approve, simply said, it is because its webmaster is sharing official real hentai lolicon on some boards, without any problem, considering as normal to display as showing adult girls. That sickens me, it’s hentai as a pure business, not as a passion.
