As I suspected, the name of the artist is Archives. If you look on the last page, you can see a signature in katakana in the pink. For the record, Archives also did Suzumiya Haruhi no Rinkan, which was been translated into English, as well as portions of some RPG Company doujin, like the Kunoichi Ninpuchou.
