That drawing style isn’t unknown to me. At first I thought “hey, that reminds me a bit of Fruits Basket, but that wasn’t it. I had already seen that style elsewhere, by the same artist but this time in a comic, on a translated hentai manga, in fact… But where, I can’t remember >_<
I think it was something shared on 18manga, or on h-zip, or maybe on doujinland… I’ll update this post when I finally find the info, and if YOU know, feel free to share the link, I don’t mind links to other hentai blogs (except one precise website, but that’s an exception), even more when there’s good dope inside 
If you liked it, why not purchase the actual game from the american editor who translated and uncensored it ? The scenario is good and there are many hours of a fun game

To find more works about a subject ("Dragon Ball" for instance), use the search field in the upper-right corner of the page. When I share enough works by a good artist I create redirection pages with links to all his shared works.

Yep. Actually, Hirameki International had to shut their doors because of a lack of sales and a hacker who repeatedly posted torrent links for their games in the Reviews section of their own online store.
Crescendo is one of those games that actually has a really good story and isn’t a mindless sex romp. If you don’t mind a bit of drama (not unlike a romance novel), I highly recommend it - each ending takes maybe 3 hours. Quite a few people give it 5-star reviews (http://www.animetric.com/bgames/crescendo.html, http://www.gamefaqs.com/computer/doswin/review/917763.html), and with good reason.

Plus that the game have good story and piano music.
Sad though that G-Collection that time choose not to release the extended scenario version.
