John do you seriously think webmasters have the power to stop childrape? First off, there wouldn’t be a market for doujin like this unless there was high demand for it. Second, one, two, or a few hundred webmasters who post free hentai can block this kind of stuff, and it wont make the slightest difference. The artist and publisher are still out there producing this stuff, and making money off of it. they will make sure it gets out to the public one way or another. Finally, I have never heard of any study or case where a normal person read a manga or saw a porno with childrape in it and suddenly decided to become a pedophile. To start your own hentai blog, I think the simplest is you create a blogspot.com blog, chose the name carefully, it is best short and easy to write and remember.
Second, chose a cute template, be original if possible.
Third, upload the files to the host of your liking, a paying or a non-paying one, as you wish.
Fourth, upload the pictures. A few pictures can be manually uploaded to hosts like imagevenue through their homepage, or uploaded to your blogger account (it is very easily done, blogspot does it for you and gives you the thumbnails). If you want to upload complete pictures galleries, you can use imagefap, a very crappy host who will give you free hosting and easy to browse galleries, or use a program like IIIU (search hentairules, I give a download link, it will batch upload all the pictures you want and give you the resulting image code) with a usercash gallery automatically created from you on usercash.com. Don’t expect to earn real money from usercash, it’s just their gallery system is excellent, simple and fast to do.

Yep that’s exactly this, megaupload officially must stay kid-safe.
While some of my first uploads of hentai files at megaupload are still online, the vast majority of my first uploads in there have been deleted by the host without warning. When I meet a dead megaupload link, I reupload it to megarotic, and there, it isn’t deleted anymore (except the copyrighted streaming vids, argh).

I have never hidden I have chosen to use paying hosts, haven’t you seen that hentairules has a “make money” section ?
I also plainly wrote that I didn’t chose to use mediafire or savefile because they don’t pay, look at that page where I clearly told it.

I personally see no problem at all earning a bit of money in exchange for the time that I spend online.

The idea that everything MUST AT ALL COST be free is a teenager’s ideal that is beaten hard by reality. For instance, after blogger kicked me for sharing porn stuff online on a page making more than 5000 visitors per day, I now pay the hentairules.net domain and blog files hosting, I had to add a second hosting domain (ziphentai.com, you guys may have noticed) because the current one couldn’t take anymore… that also has a cost.
I’m not a kid anymore, I could spend my time doing some other stuff, but I like hentai, I like sharing, so I find natural to earn some money as a reward for all my time, as long as you guys don’t have to pay a single buck.

Besides, I wonder if newcomers like mediafire or savefile will last long, you guys don’t seem to imagine the price of bandwith. The longer-lasting free host I know of, rapidshare, is well-known for rapidly imposing mad waiting times as soon as you’ve already downloaded one or two things, while mediafire or savefile are much less restrictive.
On the opposite, paying hosts are a much more lucrative business for their managers, I can tell you they’re here for long (maybe not sharingmatrix, though, I know I’m taking a risk, but they were so simple to use, more than easy-share, I wanted to test them).
