Its by an auther called Haru Wamusato, its from a book called Oh Imoto, and its chapter 7, Citymanga has this and 2 other chapters on their site

Actually, I don’t think that this belongs to the incest category, at least it’s not clear wether the protagonists are siblings, cousins or wathever else.

you know, sometimes they just wont translate all the manga, some scanlators just translate the chapters they like, that sucks but if you wait its probable it will never get finished

This is not an Incest manga. It even says their names in the manga the boy’s name is Akira Hamamoto and the girl’s name is Rieko Matsuda. How could they be siblings if they don’t even have the same last names?
