That manga starts in an archetypal way, the hero is a virgin, and yet he performs superbly on his first fuck, filling his partner many times with his gigantic rod… Quite a surprise, huh ? I couldn’t tell but do you also have ‘Delusion Diary Advanced’? Its a stand alone continuation of the brother/sister stories of the full ‘Delusion Diary’. Also there’s ‘Three are Counted’, another bro/sis incest story with a twist ending (it has ‘forced sex’, but that’s part of the final twist). Both of these are in english.

Just downloaded this file, I have the complete manga,in japanese. I can tell you it’s like ‘Delusion Diary’ the first 6 stories are all related (some mild domination and cosplay like stuff, and the teacher is a hair fetishist’s joy), next story is bro/loli sis, next story is teacher/student and the last is either mother/son, or older next door lady story.
