Allen: there isnt really any special trick or guide to decensoring hentai. You simply have to draw it back since the drawing under the censoring is lost.

Orbitron, the one you are thinking of is “Cannon Sensei Tobashisugi” by Gorgeous Takarada (yes, that is his pen name). It has been completely translated to English by SaHa. I believe it is 9 chapters in total.
The male is talented but works very slow. He is completely dedicated to hentai manga and wants only to draw them for a living. He is made assistant artist to his hentai manga artist idol which is when he finds out she is actually a young girl. She is a nymphomaniac and ends up falling in love with the male character because of their mutual devotion to hentai manga.
