Just a little remark, I joined together two pages of this manga with my dear Gimp editor, however – lol – I forgot to add the resulting file in the archive I share (and I’m too lazy to reupload everything). So if you want the joined version of pictures 32 & 33, you’ll have to take it from the pictures gallery. It’s easy to find, that’s the only joined picture of the whole set.
Reading it felt so GOOD, this is a REAL adult manga, not only because it contains sex scenes, obviously, but also because the artist behind it had the courage to create a complete plot, dealing with feelings (like sadness, sad love, sacrifice, or the feeling that you’re more complete when you’re with your loved one) that might repel the 14-years old virgin who is, typically, the main target of hentai mangas in Japan… I sometimes wonder if there isn’t a “technical word” for this kind of real adult works…

Just a coincidence. When this story was released, Setebos emailed me about it, cause it’s exactly my taste, so i read it before. Such a beautiful story, a little sad (but not too sad), with superb end.

I am a 40+ year old man, and I had tears in my eyes when I finished reading this. You could completely edit out the sex scenes and still have a great story about lost love, mortality, sacrifice, etc.
Again, thank you to Setebos for commissioning this, DGB for the translation, and Oliver, thank you for putting this on your blog. Something this good needs to be shared.

Thank you, Oliver. This story was beautiful and moving before it was translated and I teared up when looking at. When DGB did the magnificent translation and editing on this I still teared up, as well as crying outright twice. I’m not ashamed to say I can still be moved.
There will be more Sasagawa Hayashi works to follow this one. Perhaps not of this caliber, but his gorgeous style none the less.

@g0dhand, thanks man. :-) I try to do the best of what appeals to me and hope others like it too. This was one, believe it or not, that I didn’t think would have wide appeal. There are a lot more mature hentai lovers out there than I imagined.
Now sometimes, I just have stuff done that appeals to my fetishes, mind you. ;-)

This hentai doujinshi falls way outside the norm and yet…pulls very hard at the heart of what makes a human human. I too am an older reader of hentai and found myself very well teared up at the end of First Love.
