Yes, I believe the “Dr” is supposed to be an abbreviation of “Doctor”, so “Doctor P” would be the right way of saying it. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
As for the manga, I really like this series. I especially like the way the chapters are set up, with 2-3 chapters about a girl, with a “sneak peek” at the girl who will be in the next set of chapters. A nice mix of comedy and sex, it’s great.

As as the saying goes, ‘This shit is off the chain!’ – it’s awesome, Fumi-san is my favourite, I really like the faces in this one as well, really well done.
