For the record…
Doujin-moe.us commissioned CGRascal to translate the last chapter quite some time ago and was only available for their members who sign up.
However, the torrent for the full book, including chapter 9, got leaked onto e-hentai galleries earlier today.

I have the same Problem w/ the DF link … after DL it pops up as an Error stating “either unknown format or Damaged.”
