Thanks for this share Oliver and Accelerant Blue. Fate/Stay Night is one of my favorite anime, from a whole bunch of other animes I watch. It’s a mix of fighting with people who either has spells or superstrength and romance. Ending, however was sad.

Yeah, Fate/Stay Night is a very good visual novel. Easily one of the best. Although if you play it for the porn, you will be disappointed, as there is about 60 hours of text and about 45 minutes of sex.
Still very good, though. I thought the sex scene between Saber and Shirou in the game was quite romantic and very well done.
I concur in saying that Fate/Stay Night is one of the best visual novels – and it achieves this status solely by depth and awesomeness of story and characters.
If you have the choice and time (about 20 hours are required for each of the three routes), you should play the visual novel (google “mirrormoon” to get the translation patch) – the anime follows one of the routes while incorporating elements from other routes, and thus misses a lot of depth.
The upcoming Fate/Stay Night movie hopefully should be pure awesomeness seeing as it will be based upon the Unlimited Blade Works scenario.
