After checking the link, lil t is right, Udon-ya is the doujin circle Kizuki Aruchi was in, so “Udon-Ya = Kizuki Aruchu !!” is not exactly true. Also, redbone is partially right, doujinshi based off an established series is often released by a doujin group, not by individual mangaka, and vice versa for original H-manga.
