I've seen that before in hentai, but usually it is the guy who voluntarily does that to the girl, not the girl doing it specifically to gross the guy out. :S
When I first saw this, it reminded me a lot of Yanagida-kun to Mizuno-san. Looking at the raws though, this couple is not the main focus of the book, although they do appear again later on. I think the longest story arc in the whole book is only three chapters. The stories in this book appear to be a bit more "real" or "mature" than your usual lighthearted hentai fare, but there is plenty of love or at least consensual sex to be found inside.

Oh I'm not saying he is in for a BAD END like School Days, or that all the other stories are filled with heavy, dark drama. I am just saying that some of the stories show people who get drawn into situations that aren't exactly love filled and happy, but aren't rape either. More like unwise choices that they have made. But again, this is based on my looking at the raws, with no idea what the actual dialogue is.
