There's something weird with the translation. Somehow the bubbles don't connect with each other and some of the lines don't even make sense, so I think that if this isn't a rewrite then it's like the first work of a starting translator.

Have to agree with you there nightscream. This was a very erratic translation at best:
"I may be the empress in this kind of situation"
"Although the inside is so slippy but the outside some how weird."
"Just by put in the hole can make you feel so good!?"
just to name a few. Either the translator doesn't know English fluently, is a rewrite, or someone used bablefish to translate the text and didn't bother with the grammar.
Great pictures though.

I am absolutely grateful to the work this guy does for free for everyone, however, honestly, sometimes the only person on earth understanding the meaning of the speech bubbles must be him. I am convinced HE understands Japanese, however he sometimes has problems converting it into understandable English.
Time will tell, hopefully !

Except that Gear 3rd involves blowing air into his bones. Seeing as there is no bones in one's dick (hence the misnomer of the term "boner"), Gear 3rd is impossible. The reference of Oda saying that Luffy can use his powers on his dick is way back in an earlier volume mentioning that it can stretch like the rest of his body. He never mentioned anything about Gear 3rd since it hadn't even been created yet.
Either way, awesome doujin <3. Boa Hancock is one of my fave One Piece characters *.*
