    I just found the answers to my own questions. Over on Faytear's blog, he is now sharing this, and here are a couple of his comments about it:

    "Here is a commission (And the last I’ll be taking for a long while) I worked on for Doujin-Moe. Just to let you know I edited the 7th chapter, the others were done by different people… Many thanks goes out to Yuribou, AC124, Crimson Leo, DamageDesu and Sokarius for the other chapters, also thanks to Wrathkal for translating chapter 7 and Doujin-Moe for commissioning this."

    I then took a look on doujin-moe, and Raikoh says there is at least one more chapter of this, but it hasn't been scanned yet.
