You’ll see the results in the poll’s page, personally, I found it both interesting and surprising.
Slut Girl is the great winner. About Slut Girl’s success, I’ve had one impression, : that the new stuff got underrated, while the older stuff got very high grades. I think there’s an idea that old stuff grows better, is surrounded by lots of positive memories, reinforced over time and with new reading sessions…
I hope this poll also allowed a few of you to discover mangas worthy of providing you a good time
Slut Girl (and a lot of the older stuff that ranked high) had an advantage of NOT being too corrosive. No NTR. No real mind break (Satoru's doesn't count), and the one 'forced' act (not so consensual anal done to Sayoko by two dudes she picked up) were, compared to the sh… stuff we're seeing today, quite mild. Besides, she responded to the forced act with some force of her own. (An almost guy-like response at getting even.) No baseball bat, but the spirit was there. For a 'balanced scale' kind of guy like me, Slut Girl is perfect. Well, all that, AND terrific sex with real funny dialog.
With me "Slut Girl" was an absolute winner for several different reasons:
1. It is how my whole hentai interest started, I accidentally (so to say) downloaded it in PDF and had a blast reading it, now I own it as a book. So giving it a first place was kind of a acknowledgement
2. It had amazing characters, violent but not over the top, horny but realistically. And I guess the situations that led to sex were more or less realistic. No "OMG I've always had a crush on you, so now that I know you like me to you have to take me like a dog on this table in every possible position"
3. It had an actual plot going, the whole manga wasn't structured around sex. Sex was more like a good bonus.
After that I've become a big Isutoshi fan. And yes, I love "Aiki" :)))

I'd say it was good writing for Slut Girl.
No love for Hot Tails?
Slut Girl had the perfect combination of humor, intelligence, charm, and super hot art to take top honors even if it wasn’t one of my earliest exposures. The characters are treated like people (nymphos, but people), and the women all have distinct personalities that aren’t crippled and dependent on ego-stroking the dude, which always feels a little too masturbatory (yes yes, I know) to me.
Starting with Slut Girl was kind of a tragedy, since it set the bar so much higher than most of the schlock attempts.
