In NTR, The victim is initially not unhappy with her partner(the MC), but by some turn of events is raped by the antagonist. While the victim would have the chance to complain to the MC after that, they tend to keep quiet and within the period is "hypnotised"/ trained to enjoy the antagonist more.
The problem with this story not being NTR is due to this line: "if you're so sexually frustrated without my brother(your husband), you could just say it to me…".
