And here comes the 2nd volume of the great Makunouchi Deluxe serie, by Joji Manabe I hope you’ll love it as much as I did ! |
This is too rare to miss, a complete story span across several volumes, with a real plot, with loveable characters, great drawings, and great humour ! 
The scenario moves relatively slow (in exchange, we have many delicious “slice of life” chapters), however this time it seems all the pieces are in place for a fast forwarded evolution in the following final volume. I can’t wait to read the rest 
And there are the deserts. The hitmen. And there’s a certain Jonathan. Aaaaw, oh, my ribs, they’re killing me, oh the blissful pain !

Just a note, now that I think of it… Johji Manabe. Joji Manabe. Jouji Manabe. Studio Katsudon. That’s many possible names for one artist, that makes searches complicated, don’t you think ? ^^;;
