This is a Fushigi No Umi No Nadia doujin (“Nadia, The Secret Of Blue Water“), possibly the anime that moved me the most when I was a young boy, I loved this story so much I cried in the end :o

Nadia, the heroine of this serie, a delicious tanned girl, ends up lost on an island with #RandomHentaiBoy (this is NOT Jean), and after a while, guess what, they have sex.
The drawing style is very unusual so I cannot promise you will dig it, but as for me, there was humour, a feeble but real attempt at building a story, and on top of all, there was Nadia : I loved it ! :D

      From what I just read, it seems loosely inspired of when Jean was running that fever when they got stranded on that island. I remember that scene because that's when he had that hilarious dream where he basically turned the entire beach into a launchpad for a rocket :D .
