Bitch trap, these are hilarious stories, with very, oh SO very original ideas, and a fine lack of respect for a lot of stuff 
The Roswell-type aliens ? Sure kill, sure fuck ! The american women – OH YEAR (and the super-rude angry teenage talk is a must too ^^) ! A female hitman becoming a bunny girl VS the craziest dad since Muchi To Ha Zai – I approve The most lucky suicidal guy in Japan – moar ! I tell you, even if there wasn’t actual sex, this manga would have been a must already ! 
And then, heh, of course, there’s the sex. Very well drawn, with “powerful” composition of the panels (my vocabulary’s too poor, sorry -_-), most of the time well detailed genitalia-wise, and the women have voluptuous adult bodies, and they smile, smile and smile again
No, seriously, I VERY seriously recommend you Bitch Trap, this is pure gold !

I think basically he's looking for the translation for that untranslated chapter he linked.
I looked up chapter 1-10 and I can't find anything related to that story.
From the looks of the pictures, a story where the alien girl got left behind with his friend and his friend starts banging her (not the two kids), canonically marked as the 'third' chapter of the story involving the horny alien girl (Ch 1 & Ch 5)

Also…It looks like this third chapter was published in February 2011, which (if publishing comics in book form is anything like publishing books) might have missed the deadline for this book's publication (May 4?)
