Not much to say about this one, a sister craves for her brother’s body, and a slight disease is a perfect alibi for nurse cosplay, and sex follows. The drawings are between average and good in my opinion, but, well, I don’t know, in my mind it made sense to share it one day after Akari Tsutsumi’s Sister Buster (braindead sister with round tits, o rly ?), so I selected that one for today ^^
