A solution can be to add xclicks to the domains banned by adlock, it may help as a temporary fix. I heard from the xclicks admins (that's a script to do automatic link exchances) that they're working on an asynchroneous version, that wouldn't block the websites if not fully loaded for some reason, let's hope they finalize it fast
