This time Yoshiharu sustains an injury during PE so Sana has to take care of his penis in the infirmary. Loljk, he was faking. He still rapes her in the infirmary tho. :V

And, before anyone asks, as far as I can tell this is FINISHED. They likely aren’t adapting any more chapters, but we shall see.
