I must have lived a life sheltered enough to never witness it, neither regarding men or women, so I wonder if this is true or not. No, Oliver doesn't translate. He sometimes pays people to translate, but that's about it. If you want Cheers done, you'll need to commission someone to do it. Saha did all the rest AFAIK, so your best bet is going to him. He's expensive as fuck, tho.
