one day someone will need the ask the reason of japan censorship.. not the moral part but the ''Real'' reason.. theirs bound to be one.(maybe its too strong of a stimulus and japan government is afraid of a major scale of rapes lol)

Art is good, action is hot, but she broke waaaay too fast.
Part of the fun in mind break is the "journey" that leads to the breaking point.
How much can the heroine endure?
What triggers her final breakdown?

Reason for Japanese censorship: the Americans won WW2.
You keep telling yourself that. I'll be over here in reality, knowing full well censorship in Japan started 77 years before the American Occupation in World War 2.

So it's gonna be like Kanojo Wa Uso Wo Tsuku by Harusawa, Hachigatu.
Good art, but get's mind fucked towards the end?
Either way i'm getting this!! It's been awhile since i've dl'ed a complete volume
Also shouldn't this be in "Complete English Mangas"?
Unless there's still some extra story that's missing?

Instead of facewall, you can replace it with an ostrich burying its face in the sand.. *_*

Dude, it’s cool how you always put in the “to each his own” at the end, but you’re still whiny and condescending every single time something like this shows up, so it really feels more like an empty gesture.
You’re allowed your opinion, in fact a lot of people seek it out for more vanilla content. But reminding us EVERY SINGLE TIME that you dislike this type of story gets really irksome. Especially since there really isn’t much nuance to a review on a subject that you just have a consistent sweeping distaste for.
You could probably just distill it down to something like “rape/mindbreak warning” and then review the art and dialogue as per usual. Or at the very least tone down your obvious disdain.
It’s porn. We’re not spending our time ACTUALLY pursuing healthy and respectful relationships in the time spent consuming it. Just because your taste happens to be intrinsically tied to emulating respectful, happy circumstances doesn’t change the fact that this is ultimately fantasy designed to fulfill a baser desire. There are no high horses.
Respectful love in reality is it’s own reward. In fiction it is it’s own unique/beautiful form of eroticism too, but pornography shines and should be lauded for exploring all forms of eroticism, including the types that one cannot or should not practice in reality. Personally I feel the more I can appreciate the better (so long as the distinction between fiction and reality is clear).
Of course in the end it’s still your prerogative to address it how you want, and total objectivity is a lot to ask for. I just hope you’re aware that your tone is a bit alienating and arguably hypocritical.
This is not CNN, it's his blog. He can say that he dislike it. He doesn't need to be objective. He is not that influential to swing our beliefs. This is not a site that talk about the real world. If you don't want it, you can find another blog. It's not we are paying him to do this.
Be grateful that he gives a direct link for us to download. That's the most important, right.
I read all kinds of hmanga, so you know. But, these types of stories really irk me. Maybe because of my morals kicking in. Even if it's fiction, you can't help but wonder how fucked-up the human mind is subconsciously.
If someone likes these types of things, then I will question his/her morals. That type of mentality will definitely make you alienated because this is not acceptable.
You should be glad that he actually posts everything even if he doesn't like it. I know Oliver even if he doesn't like something still posts it for those people who do like it, and to be honest I am thankful for it.
Cause let's be honest If people only posted what they liked 90% of the sites would only have Vanilla stories which would be fine, but those who like variety among stories would be literally screwed especially if they are looking for anything that isn't vanilla.
But back to the review thank you Oliver for posting this even if you yourself dislike it.
I completely agree. I enjoy Oliver's blog and have nothing but positive things to say about his work in making hentai mangas available, but it does get tiresome when I come here and I'm met with this patronizing tone all the time.
I, for one, get really bored with "vanilla, happy sex with mutual liking" (oh, another schoolgirl who didn't know senpai already loved her too, how interestzzzzzz….) stories. I like that for my real life, but not for cartoon pornography, no. Most stories, happy or not, don't make any sense whatsoever, so it's not like we're pitting hentai plots against the highest standards in fiction.

Note though:
This isn't an amazing story or anything (see Kurzwaltz).
But I've been coming here pretty frequently lately and this has been bothering me. I just felt like voicing it on this particular instance.
You're free to disagree, of course. But I started hentairules, deliberately, from the very beginning, as a personal log, a blog, something meant to reflect the personal view of its author, like the projection and interaction on the internet of one part of my personality.
If I were to act all neutral, and view everything as equally worthy,
– hentairules.net would lose all interest, would be super boring
– there wouldn't be anymore a difference between my blog and the hundreds of other hentai sharing places that don't bother giving a description, or a description longer than one line
– I, myself, as the admin, wouldn't see any more any interest in blogging about the stuff I love
TL;DR : being neutral would be hypocritical and not worth spending time being like this
Signed : an annoyed Oliver on holidays, not annoyed at YOU but annoyed at my staying place's wifi, encrypted for security (I paid bonus for that), this way my credentials aren't public, except that I wasn't told the ports 10000 and 20000 would be blocked, which won't let me connect myself to my server and read my emails inside an internet browser, FFS
Yeah… nope.
