Sorry, just had to comment on the post itself. Oliver starts out even-keeled then goes off on a rant about the censorship, then going back to a calm tone for the rest of the post. I'll have to disagree with you : some publishers decide to apply much less censorship.
Alright. Name a publisher who is not stickler for censorship where the resulting product was heavily censored. Which should mean that the author or one of his cohorts is to blame not the publisher. Keep in mind that one product can have multiple publishers for different countries which could all affect the resulting censorship
This is a doujinshi, so that means the author did self-censor it.
Also, in tanks and magazines the publisher applies the censor, not the mangaka or his "cohorts".
