That pill has one improvement on that jam though. It keeps you lucid instead of going in screw the nearest person (of th other sex).
I found two volumes of this in the 100 yen box at the a Toranoana doujinshi store in Akihabara. Such a shame that they weren't in higher demand. I wanted to get Pretty Neighbor (somewhat similar art style), but it was 6000 yen for the complete edition and the individual volumes were also 6000 yen. Ouch! I thought about buying this latest volume of Akiko-san to Issho, but it was a tad expensive.
Oh, and the 100 yen volumes. I bought those. No way I was going to pass them up.
I thought the artist said he will stop making Akiko comics. not that I'm coplaining, it's just weird he came back to making more

I have stopped calling it a Kanon doujinshi, actually, because I'm viewing it more like an independant, standalone series. It doesn't "need" anymore the Kanon frame…
