I think the term you're looking for is "Aquadynamics", and yes, large breasts are definitely a handicap to speed swimming, though there are things one can do to mitigate the drag like a one-piece that goes all the way up to the neck. Open-necked swim suits with noticeable cleavage on a a sufficiently "gifted" lady is like trying to swim while dragging an open parachute behind.
