The story was kinda funny in that one (a sister’s marriage is a failure, her stepmother is a totalitarian bitch while her son is a quickshot wimp, she comes back to her brother’s *experienced* embrace), however I must warn you, the drawings are sub-par compared to the usual Kai Hiroyuki materials.
On top of all there’s the loathsome blur-mosaics censorship of death, and then the girl herself isn’t a great sight, in my – probably biased – eyes.
Still, it was nice wincest, energetic, with paizuri, anal and vaginal, and the carefree, drama-free mood felt somehow “comfortable”, at least, heh. Grey Fox and Desudesu brought us this release, thanks to them two!

I am surprised that she is not pregnant at the end of this since that seems to be the authors usual bent.
Somehow, your wording of the synopsis might lead some to believe that the "quickshot wimp" is the female protagonist's son, and not the mother-in-law's (i.e., female protag's husband). Just a comment.

Just my personal opinion; had you stated that “… her husband is a quickshot wimp, …” it would leave practically no doubt that the female protag was not at any time going after her son. No need to re-write anything except at your discretion.
