We’re in the Index/Railgun universe, and Misaka experiments with a particular item, taking the direction of her dream time, and giving her what she really wanted. So, yeah, next, we don’t see her feasting on 30 kilos of Haagen Dazs Macadamia Nut Brittle ice cream, but having sex with Touma.
It’s a good scene, both the partners are willing and thoroughly enjoying it, there’s a playful mood, and the drawings are finely made, with visible skill, and just a bit of censorship. Misaka is drawn as a total pettanko, don’t expect lots of boobs

Subject to either fan preference and/or artist’s choice – while Mikoto is portrayed as (for want of a better word) “seeking refuge” in dream-land (page 23), it’s more likely, based upon how her character is perceived, that Shokuhou Misaki would never settle for a mere dream experience (if you know what I mean)

I’m curious, those cards inducing dreams, are they a pure invention, or an “official” device in the series ?
I think I saw dream-inducing cards in another hentai manga, but I’m not sure anymore of it was a Railgun/Index doujinshi, or something else…
I don’t particularly follow the manga adaptation of the Index or Railgun story, but IIRC, for a while these “Dream Knocker” Cards have been the primary subject of a part of the Railgun manga storyline. Anyone out there who does follow the manga more than I do might shed some more light on the subject.
