It’s an unusual Kantai Collection Parody here: no more battleships and naval battles context, the admiral works as a shop manager, and the shipgirls lend a hand as cashiers. Kashima (angel face, splendid butt, great boobs), Kaga, Katori and other girls grant sexual relief to chosen customers and their manager in the end. End of the thrilling summary ^^

As of usual when ☑ the images are in high enough resolution and ☑ the archive is quite big for its number of pictures, and ☑ it offers a significant gain, and ☑ I have enough time to do it, if it may help, I’m offering you a smaller version, in which I resized the images, here from 3017 px to standard 1600 px resolution.
The zip shrank from 88 MB to 9 MB.

Some googling later: OK, Lawson is a convenience store chain ^^
The other girls are Kawakaze (pg. 15 first panel, girl on the right, also on the 2nd panel), and Taigei (pg. 15 first panel, girl on the left wearing an apron).
The girl on pg 15, 3rd panel, I’m not sure if it’s just Katori with her glasses removed, or Umikaze (Kawakaze’s sister ship, both were added to the game at the same time).
