Translations by doujins.com as it says on the first page. :) There is a better version on their site that fixes some words that are obscured by the artwork.

There are probably more dangerous and detrimental ways to relieve stress; plus, another time, place and male protagonist, Okimuya-san might have ended up the company’s “public toilet” (term used in other not-so-pleasant stories). But this worked out fine:
