I can deal with netorare, mindbreak, corruption to a certain degree, unless the mangakas make it look unberably ridiculous and forced (think: Takeda Hiromitsu, one of the saddest fails on the hentai publishing market IMO).
This share is a bit of an exception, the whole situation had a certain “what the fuck? WHAT THE FUCK?” dimension diving right into bathos humour, this shit was crazy enough to become funny again, and then, heh, why not ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So, in this share: a newly married couple find a dirt cheap flat; the low rent cost comes from the ghost living in there, a super horny shameless bastard; the wife has (unfortunately? Fortunately?) spiritual talent and the ghost can interact with her. The wife is fucked over and over, even in the presence of the (miraculously oblivious) hubby, the ghost follows her everywhere including at work.
In a matter of a few pages she’s turned into a proud exhibitionist nympho slut. And in the end (the story is 3 chapters long), against all odds, the husband, under the eyes of a super based priest, accepts her as the proud slut she claims to be ┐(￣ヮ￣)┌
