Hame Dere Bitch (“Pretty Bitch”) [English, Uncensored version!, 189 pictures], by Satou Toshio

Graphically, this is very good, but I have a few reservations about the story line.

So, the art. Fully uncensored, high school girls, detailed genitalia, normal-sized breasts, slender bodies, a bit of pubic hair, vaginal sex, it’s not totally amazing but pretty good already. It matters, it’s a frigging 189 pictures volume, fully uncensored!!

But, the stories. At first it appears each chapter or mini-arc are unrelated, and based on happy sex with sex with only light emotional involvement, ending in proclaimed love. Not vanilla (emotions? Not striking me), but an approximation of liking at least.
And then the story lines combine with each other, dominant men appear, girls go two-timing, and everyone’s ugly face is revealed in the second half of the volume. I only have loathing for characters who are, either or in turns: cruel to each other, selfish, manipulative, remorseless, self-centered or simply pushovers. It gets boring and tedious, the netorare is so forced it’s, essentially, in the end, so annoying it’s hardly anymore facepalm material.

I’m disappointed, but, eh, to each his own, right?

Now that I think of it, my description might have been misleading. How to say… If a mangaka wants to produce netorare, sure, why not. But then I won’t be taking any kind of shit as THE shit that OUGHT to have been made. I’ll have the same high standards as I have with vanilla.
And if the mangaka serves something weak, that feels uninspired, boring, lacking soul, then I’m disappointed.
Vulgar summary: “You want to serve me netorare? Then you’d better manage to make me rage, motherfucker”.
