It’s the second quality Mash hentai doujinshi I found, on a release-checking day. Niiiiiice 
In this one, apparently, Mash is pregnant, and her her master wants to try being breastfed. As soon as she starts lactating, Mash becomes incredibly horny, makes impressive faces, and the good old sex is on.
I would have two reasons to share this doujinshi, mainly. First, the variety of faces made by Mash, that was a highly commendable work. And second ,the sheer quality of the art, polished, refined, done with fine control and lots of skill – sorry, I don’t know of proper terms to describe it, you’ll have to see for yourselves.
On the other hand, there is whiteout censorship, so I can’t promise you heaven on Earth ^^;;

To explain the “memory cards”:
