I sometimes mention my opinion the Japanese idol system is flawed, behind the shiny scene this is a machine pushing unrealistic expectations and destroying young girls’ dreams. Behind one popular girl, how many other girls feel despair and insecurity?
This share is about one of these girls, working as an idol, having her fans, but still earning hardly enough to pay her bills. Eventually, the world rears its ugly mug when a producer tells her she’s getting old for the job and offers to hire her for adult videos.
She accepts because she needs the cash, performs well during the shooting, is pleased and pleases, and then she comes back home, to cry at last, alone, lost in the world.
Time to test if tears make a good lubricant.
Asides from the dramatic, harrowing, sadly realistic story, it’s pretty well drawn, the art realistic, with drawings traits I only saw with very few mangakas. I think it’s worth a look, at least for these drawings.

Hey everyone
You're reading a post I prepared, and scheduled, in advance. At the present time, I'm somewhere in the middle of France with my wife and kids, on holidays. The landscapes of Auvergne, entirely man-made and yet still so superb, under an immense sky, fifteen minutes on the road and you're in the middle of nowhere with nobody around except the occasional fellow hiker... I can't get enough of it.
I hope the post isn't broken or anything, but if I screwed up for some reason... what can I do, deal with it

Like Oliver-san says: artwork is fine, scenario is “Crunchy Frog” level (those who recognize the term will understand). And it’s disturbing to think that this indeed happens even up to this day somewhere in the world of Japanese Idols.
For the record, this is an Idolmaster doujinshi, and the artist’s name is “3e” (yes, the “e” is in lowercase).
I think the ‘slippery slope’ is a bit more gradual than that. She could do fetish photography, she could do partial or full nudity, she could do soft-core porn, girl-on-girl, etc. But because this is hentai we go straight to hard-core, dream-trashing, soul-destroying group sex! Better lube up every port in your body, girl, because EVERYTHING is getting fucked today!
That aside, holy shit, have some censor bars! Does the author own a censor bar company? It felt like I was looking through the bars of a cage, there was so much black ink! Either draw smaller genitals or just white everything out!

I think of the relativity of this to the plight of labor in general.
-The song Bojangles about a broke tap dancer who’s too old for the industry, but has to dance to stay fed. Or other tear-jerking stories about the entertainment industry.
-Watching a pro athlete who’s used up, old, and forgotten; trying to make a roster because he/she is broke.
-Hearing and experiencing age bias in professional jobs; old lawyers shoved into retirement, engineers being past their prime after 40, or just trying to find any job after being laid off in your 50’s.
I guess I’m saying it all starts to suck when you do what you love for money and living expenses.
But yeah, the artwork is fantastic.
