I was moved to tears. Tears of happiness, from a masterfully written happy ending, with an after to see how well the characters were doing.
There is it, guys, Nozoki Ana, “A Peephole”, is now complete, at last.

I’ve written it several times, this story is FASCINATING. Starting with a minuscule thing, a tiny hole in a wall, the artist Honna Wakou has built a very strong, moving, intriguing, griping scenario, digging deep in our human emotions. The artist didn’t “cheat” to make his story last uselessly long, the developments made sense, we saw some of the most sincere, dark and light sides of humans…
As we follow the male hero making his way into actual adulthood, chasing love, finding an odd peeper girl who’ll be – come on, is that a spoiler – his fated one, we are moved all along, cheering for him, feeling sad for the unhappy characters, excited to find what’s really happening and coming next, and laughing, too…. Yep, good job Honna Wakou !

Even without the porn, this series is definitely worth reading, really ! Sooo, if you add the hentai, even if it counts as ecchi… yum…

And… Haaa, this is SO rare ! In every manga series designed to last many volumes, very few things can reach a close before the actual series ends, you must have noticed ? And yet, in the present 11h volume, the male hero grows balls, several open plot “events” settle down, in order to allow the scenario to proceed further. Damn, it feels GOOD !

Even without the porn, this series is definitely worth reading, really !

That said, the present volume was a bit plain, I feel it mainly served as a a “preliminary” volume, setting up the scene for a new development. Tons of new questions are posed, few old ones are left unanswered, we’re in waiting now. I WANT MOAR!
