Ready for some awesomesauce ?
Kokuhaku Lovers is made of stories that I had previously shared separately (I’m giving their detailed list further down in the present post), that were eventually reprinted together in a tankoubon. Compared to the tank version, their original version wasn’t as good-loooking.
The main improvements are:
– less censorship (we’re in the “a bit less: from a little less to hardly any difference” range) and
– better image quality (from “hardly better” to “massive improvement”, it depends on the chapters)
To summarize it with an emoticon: 
Story-wise, we’re in full vanilla, from beginning to end. The last chapter had a douchey boyfriend, but otherwise, EVERYTHING is deliciously sweet, filled with love, lots of wincest, a harem, highschool girls and freshly adult women wanting dick real bad, and occasional light comedy. The girls are busty (save one pettanko… at times…), meaty, smiling, they are not even hidden psychos, what a feast! ^____^

–Update: about Black Rubbers and the present Kokuhaku Lovers, I’ll quote a comment by Kurzwaltz Messer…
« Apparently, this and “Black Rubbers” are paired — the Japanese titles are actually homophones!
This one is 告白 meaning “Confession” and is read as “Kokuhaku”.
The other one is 黒箔, which doesn’t exist in my Jap-Eng dictionary.
The two Kanji symbols mean “Black” and “foil” (thin sheet metal i.e. aluminum foil), and could be read as “kokuhaku” when put together.
Ore wa Shock!! That explains why one book is “pure sweet love” and the other “pure mind break”. :O »
