In a post-apocalyptic fantasy world, lies Purgatory, a merry brothel in which a fine company of weird people gather to blow some steam off. The border between customers and sex workers is at best blurry and, let me tell you, NOTHING is off the table. All sex practices are consensual, and thus, anything goes.
By “anything”, I don’t mean “anal, double penetration, fisting, stomach bulges”, you will find none of these. However, besides normal humans, you will find monster girls, furries, magical shibari practitioners, a surgeon trading body parts with her partner in a jiffy (hop, head switching! That's the prob, somehow, the good scenes were so good it's hard to just discard the manga and move on

Wow, calling it “disturbing” would be an understatement. But, on the other hand, it won’t be a surprise either: there’s “by Date”, in the title :D

Save two chapters in the end, the entire volume is about a female slime who fell in love with a human, and uses her abilities to let him live a good life. So far so good, right?
She’ll absorb cute human women catching his eye, create a duplica of them that looks like the former original, and let the young man have sex with them whenever he wants. That’s the Date touch: not just “I take a look, I duplicate”, no, the originals are gone （╹◡╹）

The final 2 chapters deal with different topics, mindbreaking (word) an elf, and gender bendering…

Graphically, that looked very hot, the sex was nice and intense, with fairly little censorship, at least I won’t complain for that :)

Well… Make yourselves your own opinion, folks? I won’t judge lol.

Shub-Niggurath (*), Tsathoggua (*), a hound of Tidalos (*), Hastur (*), Nyarlathotep (*) and Umr At-Tawil (*).
And also creatures either inspired from other mythologies, or invented, such as a nekomimi tribe, demon women, beastgirls and a rapacious horde of female tengus.

I must give you a MAXIMUM WARNING: more than half of the chapters deal with extreme themes: hard rape, mindbreak, necromancy, sacrifices, post-mortem vengeance. The rest is fortunately meek, happy monster girl sex.

And graphically? With quite low censorship amounts, that was pleasantly hardcore: meaty girls, massive penetrations, impregnation fetish (meh), double penetration was frequent to give you an idea.

It’s always braindead happy sex, without second thoughts. The manga’s main character is a horny mighty lamia, a snake woman with dark skin, a snake’s lower half, sort of magical powers, and very, very loose morals. She can turn herself human, grow dicks (why stop at one, right?) or a second pair of boobs. On a whim, she’ll turn other normal people into fellow horny monster-folks.
