Cappy is correct. it is a doujin of a series called “Toradora!”. It is an amusing ecchi romance comedy with the typical mistaken assumptions between the characters.
Ecchi romance? Are you kidding? There really isnt that much fan service. Watch Sekirei, ToLoveRU, or Rosario to Vampire and try to say that again.
