Thanks for posting this, Oliver! I just got done raving about it over at Fated Circle’s casa. It rings a few MILF bells for me, the art is great. Sometimes you just don’t need story.
In my case, when there’s no story half of the pleasure is gone, save a few exceptions like Nisemidi Doronokai. So, in my case, I REALLY hope there will be a story behind it.
Look at Shiwasu No Okina’s two lastest completed short series, Heisei and Haruyokoi… With every new page, I had a thrill, trying to prepare myself to resist laughter or a stronger drooling surge… I KNEW I’d he happily shocked by something I didn’t expected, or to the contrary, by something I really expected but that would prove to be even better than I imagined…
On the contrary, a scenario-less story lacks rythm, lacks interest, is easily forgotten and leaves little imprint in memory…
Oh well, you got my opinion, I guess, if you feel less attached to scenarii than me, it’s a blessing to you, sometimes I tell you, it’s a burden, I usually feel as if I’m too difficult :-/
I much prefer story driven manga as well, even to the exclusion of arousing baser instincts. I sometimes move away from this screen to the big glowing screen in the living room for a little mindless entertainment, that’s the way I look at something like this, you put your brain in neutral and enjoy for a bit. I do love the MILF though, and I hope you’re right about a story. We’ll see.

10 second search on Google, 5 minutes to download, 3 minutes to check if it was the full version in Japanese, I can’t guarantee this is the copy Fated Circle is using though. Why did I go to all that trouble, simply to say search engines are your friends. Try it.

I try to imagine how hard it is not to use the same storyline over and over. I just can’t understand
@wadauo: I am sure one of the reasons why you see a lot of stuff with the same storyline is because it is easier to convince some publishers to print your stuff when you can show them that other similar stuff sold well. They are afraid to take risks with something that hasn’t been done before. Although, I would think the solution would be to shop around some more to find a better publisher who is willing to take on new and different material.
The second reason is that sadly, there probably are people out there who are quite happy that they can find tons of stuff that is basically the same story over and over. I myself would get totally bored with that.
