I like a lot Kazu Shimao, and I was glad to discover there’s also one of his doujinshi available in English The scenario is a bit boring, but despite that it’s a nice Rosario Vampire parody (compare it to the real deal…), that’s not a total masterpiece, but still it’s decent dope |

Actually, that scenario isn’t really boring in itself, it’s just that that it uses the stereotype I love the least, the “oh my god I’m ashamed to be such a slut inside, but this is stronger than me, ho yes prove me I’m a slut please, and fuck me more“.
All doujinshi rely on stereotypes at some point (inventing an original scenario in ten pages before the sex scene begins isn’t easy, I guess, only a few geniouses must be capable of doing that), but not all stereotypes are nice and cool in my book :-/

I need to go back and re-read the earlier chapters of the manga and get caught up to the current ones. The anime sucks, because they went totally for the harem comedy with lots of ecchi fanservice take on it, and completely ignored the dramatic parts from the manga. Tsukune is a total wimp throughout the anime (from what I have seen), but in the manga, he turns into a badass ghoul who has to have a rosary chained to his arm to keep him from losing his humanity.
So, if you have only seen the anime, I highly suggest you check out the manga. It starts out kinda slow, with lots of ecchiness as the new characters get introduced, and a lot of chapters have a “monster of the week” story to them. But the later chapters where the ecchiness gets toned down in favor of an interesting plot and Tsukune transforming into a ghoul are quite good.

ive found 4 for rosario vampire so far so its nice to see one in english.
i read the manga, all of year one and year 2 to 18 in one night, i had to FORCE myself to sit through the anime. its complete crap. i was pissed tsukune doesnt get his powers in the anime!

i wanted to be sure i wasnt missing anything that might be canon, such as mokas back story with her sister, the fact that mozore’s mother and kurumus mother were rivals on school and mokas fathers “approval” of tsukune.
