I find Gust to be a good name to start in the hentai world, but nothing else. Like you said, it's always the same, no matter the series the doujinshi is about. And it really is the McDonald's of hentai: from time to time you end looking for one

Sweet, I like Gust… I couldn't say why exactly. I think it's because the characters are always so implausibly enthusiastic about having sex.

I like the McGust idea: it isn't that there is anything really bad about Gust's work, it is just that there is better stuff out there. So if you need a hentai fix and there isn't any really good stuff like Yamatogawa or Kensoh Ogawa nearby, you can always just reach for a Gust. It will get the job done, nothing more, nothing less.
