Hello, could I ask you for your help with two technical problems ? You are not forced at all, however, if there’s a chance you can help, i’ll be grateful :)

The two problems bugging me are very different.

– problem 1, based on CSS.
This should be a piece of cake – I guess, I must have missed the part that mattered.
Simply said : I don’t find why my blog posts (not the main index page, the page that’s displayed when you click an “open the complete post” link) are centered left in Internet Explorer 6 & 8, even though they’re correctly centered with the other browsers o_O
I still have 25% Internet Explorer users among my visitors each day, I should treat them better…

– problem 2, a hell >_<
3 persons reported me they had been redirected to an external page with ads or a fcking trojan injection attempt, when they opened hentairules.net
I checked, double checked, triple checked my blog’s own code, it is and stayed clean.
And yet… this problem.
If you take a look at the way hentairules is shown to you, did you witness a redirection attempt ? Would you have found which component tried to do it ?
I suppose this is linked to one of the ad companies present on Hentairules, they’re acting like “real estate” internet agents, I’m hiring them my space – for peanuts ¬_¬ – and they’re hiring it to anyone willing to pay. There are 3 of them : juicyads (they told me they checked and found no illegal banner), ero-advertising and adultadworld.com (they didn’t reply so far, it usually takes them 3 or 4 business days to respond).

Please, if this question belongs to your expertise, could you see if you see anything suspect ?

Thanks if you can help :)

Been here for a good year and a half and have never run into any redirection problems. It's all green over here.

Been here for a long time, never been redirected. If these people are being redirected, there must be something older on their computer doing it for them.

For the CSS problem, if the margin: 0 auto isn't working, you could always try left: 25% and right: 25%
Or less. It needs to be equall amounts eitherway.

Well, i've just been redirected here:
http://newt1.adultadworld.com/jsc/z5/ff2.html?n=6
Redirection happened when I clicked on a comment field. I'm using Opera.
Antivirus didn't warn me about any trojans, this is just some ad.
For me, redirections began nearly a month or two ago. Sometimes redirection happens when i click on a search field.
I hope this will help.

I get another tab that opens when I click on some of your links to deposit files, hotfile, etc.. to download the goodies. This tab opens a page to a newt1.(something) but nothing I have flags it as a trojan, virus or anything else so I figured it was an ad or something. Its been happening for about a month or so, and I use Chrome.

No redirection here, and been visiting for over a year.
I’m gonna go on a limb here and say that it’s a problem with the affected user’s computer, not so much the page.

I mean, it is not unheard of some virus and/or trojans out there that redirect or open pages for you, especially when you do a similar action so it looks like another site sent you there.

After doing a quick search on the domain Jim supplied, it seems that adultadworld.com has some suspect content and sites. Specifically it is the subdomain newt1.

Your CSS problem is most likely connected to the fact that IE doesn't recognize "margin: 0 auto" as a way of centering content. Instead you must use "text-align: center" in the BODY element and then "text-align: left" in the container ID to to restore the now probably centered text as well.

Pretty weird, right, but this is an obstacle everyone designing websites stumbles upon just because M$ doesn't know how to code their render properly.

Your redirecting attempts are as you say connected to the ads on the page. Contrary to popular believes the ad network doesn't have full knowledge of who uses their services and sometimes a couple of bad people are able to "infect" websites like your's with bad code through the ads. This isn't really anything you can stop completely but are forced to report the problem to the ad networks when it happens or stop using their ads all together.

Firefox has a great anti redirect function. Every time i visit the site it tells me redirection was prevented. So yes, there is redirection happening, but i cant tell you if they have trojans or not because for me, the redirects are blocked.

I never been re-directed. I had both click on the old pages and new pages, including the comments. I have least been checking out this site for at least a year or more. It must be because I am using firefox also…in addition with adblock add-plugin.

Checked your Source Coding <Internet Explorer Browser user – For the time being>
Line 822-824 Talks about the exact "popup" or redirection page "Adultadworld" i checked the site for a picture, gif, or anything representing a link of some kind and it doesn't show. so this might be your problem. I'll Keep on the look out for more descriptive reasons for the popup/redirections.

This one pops up the first time I press ANYTHING after opening the site. Is that normal?

And yeah, it used to be Livejasmin, I think. That one always appears on the first picture of preview galleries, too. I guess that's normal? Is it?
