I think I have to agree with mputtr , this is an incredible artist. Shoulders up he is definitely #1 Godly, and the rest is good too. I wish I could draw eyes/faces and hair as they do…
For some reason I have a horrible feeling that this is a re-write. Especially after reading the dialogue. It just seems really weird…

This look so much better than the old one isn't it. But somehow the artiest facial expression style remind me of Yamatogawa. The short chin, rounder face with really big eyes that suck your soul…

It's a matter of personal taste and indifference, I guess.
I don't object to doing this with my wife, but in my younger days I was strictly incapable of even imagining it. I dont' think there is anything like a different in taste during the kiss and all, if that can reassure you, lol.

This one was pretty cute. Made me d'awww. Couldn't fap to it though because of that.
I did an interesting experiment:
I watched the picture (of the smile, obviously)
I then tried watching it after removing the mouth, then without the left eye, then without the right eye, then without the nose, then without both eyes and finally without either eyes or nose (when I say without I mean I blocked line of sight to them, I didn't try to gouge anything out…)
Guess what made a greatest difference to the picture?
The mouth. Followed by the nose.
Interestingly, even though the eyes are so complicated and the mouth is only a thin, slightly curved but otherwise rather simple line, it is the mouth that makes the greatest impact.
Just something to think about when it comes to art.
