Just like Steve Jobs forbidding porn on the Apple Store, they're a private company taking upon them to define what is right and what is wrong, going further than the laws of their native country ask them to go.
At the present time, drawn loli porn, as disgusting as it is in my eyes, is not considered as CP by american law. However, google took upon them to decide by their own standards.
THIS is the way they're moralfags.
That sounds reasonable…in a way I guess. Of course, I'm against loli's but the only thing that annoyed me from google is that they just don't want to go through the hassle of arguing their legal rights to show links to website that hosts them (by far, it's the website's fault; and should be removed)
The way I see it tho is; google search engine is their own creation. They own the servers, do w/e that want. Indeed, Google is dominating the search-engine market; but it's not like they're enforcing any law on the people. Just too lazy to go into court due to some stupid complain about loli site. "Google has deleted a site hosting lolicon material from its index in response to a complaint that the site was hosting child pornography." [Honestly to the complainer; if you hate loli so much, why did you use google to search for loli?]
The overall moral compass when it comes to drawn loli and rape [apparently, in japan, women are fighting for the rights of fictional women] is stupid anyways. Can't draw loli but it's ok to talk about it w/ other loli-fags. Give us a couple more decades and we get thought polices. Simple thought of loli will get you jailed…@_@…Government trying to decide whats best for mankind…Didn't the church already tried that and failed?

(Sorry to keep the comment train back off its rails, but I guess I can't help. I also feel google over stepped its bounds, but I think they are playing it safe so as to avoid another Itailian-court case mess they recently had.
Either way, I'm sure in the near future all comics will have a Fansadox-like disclaimer with the toon actors saying they are over 18 and what they are partaking in is just 'acting' prior to actually starting the story.
Im still baffled how people can get uptight over a static medium such as comics. It seems like the same arguments being made today were used in the banning Joyce's Ulysses back in 30's. )
