Does this fall under NTR? I mean she WAS cheating on him, but he knew it, but I was a little raged.
I think that to be "true" NTR, she would have to be completely stolen away from him. In this case she is cheating on him, but has not actually left him, and she apparently still has sex with him after he comes home from work. So it technically isn't NTR, but she is still cheating on the guy.
According to the story, the guy was the one who started thinking evil thoughts first, and that somehow had a negative influence on her. So supposedly, it isn't really her fault. But regardless of why she is doing it, or whose fault it is, she is still getting a DP from both a delivery guy and the mailman while the guy she supposedly loves is at work. Feeling a bit of rage at this is understandable.
