Although I usually hate to see something half done, I must thank Darknight for the awesome job he did on these chapters. Maybe someone else will pick up the others and complete the book someday. Thanks Oliver for sharing.

depositfiles is down "due to software renovations" whatever that means, so it won't work for a bit i guess.
