W…wait..is this manga new by Joji Manabe? Like..after Ring X Mama new? Cause if it is, that would be awsome. Ring X Mama is my favorite doujin series, and to have a new series by the same artist is absolutely wonderful. Thanks for the upload…

Despite the infuriating censorship, Manabe's storytelling is above and beyond most mangaka that deals with ero manga.
Also, why are people calling this doujin? This is published pro work, not the self made fanwank that doujins are associated with.
Actually, this is a parody of a manga series called City Hunter by Tsukasa Hojo. The protagonist was a perverted private eye called Ryo Saeba. Yet he was supposed to be a true expert in what he does. (Yes, including stalking girls.)
The Phantom Thief is also a parody of another Hojo's character called Cat's Eye.
